While fiber is sturdier than rice, it’s not opaque—for the most vibrant color, apply over a light-colored base coat (e.g., white, light gray, or pale cream).

This is a great product for decoupaging large items, see pic. was thicker and gave me a little more time to get it placed properly. Would highly recommend.
