Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within the following time frame:

  • ReDesign with Prima transfers, silicone moulds, decoupage papers: 1 -2 Business Days
  • Dixie Belle Paint chalk products: 5 - 6 Business Days
  • Wise Owl Paint products: 2 - 3 Business Days
  • Cling On! Paint Brushes: 1 - 2 Business Days
  • Maika Daughters Gift Cards: Time of Purchase

At times there may be an increase in volume, and it may take us an extra business day. This exception does not occur often.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All Wise Owl products use standard shipping rates. Free shipping is available on orders over $200, in the U.S. only. 

For the rest of our items, we offer Free shipping on orders over $75, in the U.S. only.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We currently only ship the following products to APO/FPO address:

  • ReDesign with Prima furniture transfers
  • ReDesign with Prima decoupage paper
  • ReDesign with Prima silicone molds
  • ReDesign with Prima decor waxes

 All other products (Dixie Belle Paint & Wise Owl Paint) can only be shipped to a physical address in the U.S. as we use FedEx or UPS to deliver.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email or text confirmation, together with your tracking number.
