This must have been old, as the White paper that is supposed to be attached for protection was completely separated from the transfer. The transfer would not adhere, no matter how many times I rubbed onto the surface, even after rubbing harder. The 'stickiness' seemed dried out. I have used many transfers, but this one was really bad. I finally peeled it from the clear backing extremely slowly and had to rub it on with my fingers to get it to stick.
