Damaged by heat during shipping?

Let me start by saying I absolutely love these designs. Exactly what I wanted for conservatory style projects. I don’t know if the extreme heat we have been having damaged these, but they were different than other Re-design transfers that I have used. The blank spaces of the backing sheet were also very sticky, and once I was finally able to get the transfer to release, it would restick if it touched the design surface. I ruined several spots in my design because I didn’t realize it had adhered again. It even pulled the paint completely off in one spot. It has been a few weeks since I received this order, but I just opened them and used them today. They have been stored in an air conditioned room. I have never had this problem before with these products.
