This was my first time ever using a mold and air dry clay. I used Jovi white air dry clay from Amazon. I let it dry for 48 hours or more. The pieces came out easy with no
Spray or prep. However, about 5 pieces broke even with the slightest handling. They were very thin pieces like mushroom
stems, arms, legs and key. The clay was extremely brittle. So, while I think the mold is adorable and I think it did the job it was supposed to, maybe I used the wrong kind of clay? Or maybe this mold is for more mold/clay experienced crafters? I was extremely gentle with them and they
Still broke. The bigger pieces seem very brittle as well, but I’m afraid to even touch them. Any advice or different kind of clay to use?
Beautiful! I’m looking forward to using them.
Can't wait to try it
This is a lovely mould. I used DAS clay and it came out great.
Used cornstarch to help with release. The feet on the Cardinals didn't release and I would probably use resin if I needed to use them. The detail is great on this. Glad I bought this . I will use many times. My project is not completed, but you can see the detail.
Bonding Boss is fabulous! The paint goes on smoother and better coverage with this. I am using it on all of my furniture projects now!
The wood bleach was an epic fail. I used it on a mahogany table. I had sanded the finish off. The bleach left the table with very white areas and with areas that still were very dark. I have stripped it again and will try some oxalic acid with H2O2. Fingers crossed.
It’s good quality you would expect from a prima mould. I worked with clay. I would have preferred something besides the folded leaf for the money. Maybe better than I think it will look.
I was a little disappointed to see it had the recipe attached I guess I was so tickled when I saw it never noticed the sheet contained the recipe. I had been looking for a rice paper with just the gingerbread house for a project I wanted to do for someone. My fault for not paying enough attention but still pleased with it just not what I had hoped for
Beautiful autumn rub-ons. Can't wait to use them.
BEST OVERALL BRUSH EVER verrrrrry worth the cost!!!!!
Very pleased. Lots of different things to apply to.
Very good and sturdy molds. Will use them for years to come
Great quality! Love it! I used this transfer to do my part of a 6 legged table that 3 of us divided up. The videos can be seen on my socials under @amysuesouthern HIGHLY Recommend this company!
I never received this mould.
I love the design of these molds and will continue my purchases here at Maika faughters’
